Initiatives to Prevent the Spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)

Tokyo Ohka Kogyo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kawasaki, Japan / President: Noriaki Taneichi) is taking the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Japan.

Please note that we will take necessary measures from the viewpoint of infection prevention when visiting our company. Please consult with our representative when you plan to visit.

Manufacture and supply of products will continue as before, while ensuring employee safety.

Correspondence contents include:

• Thoroughly prevent employees from coming to the office if the employee is in poor physical condition including fever, cold or other symptoms, or if infection or close contact is confirmed with someone living together.
• Switch to telework or staggered work (commuting to avoid public transport congestion hours) as much as possible.
• Prohibit international business travel amid COVID-19 outbreak
• In principle, we will refrain from business trips within the TOK Group. For business trips and visits to business partners, review the timing of meetings and implement alternatives such as WEB meetings.
