TOKYO OHKA KOGYO CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Kawasaki, Japan/ President: Noriaki Taneichi,  hereinafter the “Company”) concluded land sale and purchase agreement with Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture on March 25, 2026 for a site in Koriyama West No. 1 Industrial Park (Phase 2 area).

　Since 1994, the Company has operated its Koriyama Plant in Koriyama West No. 2 Industrial Park as one of its main production bases, manufacturing photoresist and high-purity chemical. The newly acquired site will become the Company’s second plant site within Koriyama City.

　Under its long-term vision “tok Vision 2030” and its “tok Medium-Term Plan 2027,” the TOK Group is making strategic investments to strengthen its business foundation so that it can respond flexibly to future changes in the market. This acquisition of land is intended to secure the foundation necessary for future business development from a long-term perspective, in anticipation of further growth in the semiconductor market. Going forward, the Company will continue to examine specific plans for the use of this site, taking into account the business environment and market trends.
