Colorful printed matter is found everywhere in our daily life, for example, drink cans, corrugated board, paper cartons, shopping bags, seals and magazines; many of them are printed using photopolymer plates. In the field of printing / plate making, the photosensitive resin technology developed by TOK is also used. To enable the printing of more beautiful, high definition material and to ensure high repeatability, we offer various kinds of photopolymer plates for flexographic printing and diverse water-soluble photopolymer plates. And in addition, water-soluble photopolymer plates for molding are used in the production of such items as stamps. And in order to ensure a response to the requirements of the printing / plate making processes, we have photopolymer plate automatic developing machine. In response to requests for improvements in the package printing, higher quality, reduction in the environmental load and cost-cutting in the printing of corrugated board and to enable us to offer solutions, we have been engaged in research and development on the process side, in such areas as invention of development processes, or proposals for ECOFIT systems. |
