With the current trend and pursuit of higher definition, jumbo size and cost reduction, displays are found in such widespread media devices as television sets, cellular phones, personal computers and cameras; in daily life they are now indispensable for the connection between person to person, person to information and person to society. Our microprocess technology supports the development of these displays. For the manufacturing process of displays such as liquid crystal displays (LCDs) and organic EL displays TOK provides a wide variety of advanced materials and equipment incorporating microprocess technology. According to the type of display, we offer a wide and versatile range of photolithography materials and manufacturing equipment - centering photoresists, including liquid photoresists for etching, pigment dispersion type black resists for color filters. We are always working to improve the quality and productivity of displays, especially in the field of LCD manufacturing; we are able to strongly support our customers by offering a two-pronged approach, including both materials and such manufacturing equipment as photoresist coating machines. |
